Product Subscription for Out of Stock Items on Shop

This app allows your customer to get notified for products which are available in your stock / warehouse and allow them to subscribe for it by giving their email, qty required on ecommerce shop product page when product is showing out of stock showing.

This will help your warehouse to make procurement of those products and manage your supplier chain.

Main Features:

• Out of Stock notification button show if on hand quantity 0 and less than [Odoo Standard Feature].
• Allow Customers to contact to get notified for Product.
• Parts under coming soon allows your customer/public/portal user to subscribe for out of stock products and get notified when the product is in stock.
• Customers will get an acknowledgement message once they submit a subscription request.
• System will create Lead / Pipeline in CRM & Product Notification Requests/Subscription in Odoo backend for Sales User / Sales Manager.
• Form View of Subscribe Notification Request and Send Notification Email:
• Button Notify Customer sends email to allow salespeople to send notification to customers when products come in your stock/warehouse. [Manual Action]
• When your sales team clicks the notify customer send email button below mail as per screenshot will be sent to your customer. [We have created an email template, so you can change your body as per your needs!]
• Button buy now allows your customer directly to jump to that product for shopping from email.
• You can select multiple notification requests and send an email to your customer once the product comes in stock. [Manual Action].
• You can search for an updated stock lease quantity request.
• EX.:
• Your new updated stock is 10 qty.
• You can search 10 qty lease notification requests using ‘Search Subscriptions’ wizard.
