End to End Training Application with Survey / Feedbacks and Ratings Along with Certificates Handling

This app enables automated workflows for certificate generation and survey sending based on the training application's stage. Certificates can be generated either automatically or manually when the application reaches the "Generate Certificate Stage", depending on the selected Certificate Generation Method. Similarly, surveys are dispatched when the application reaches the "Survey Send Automatically" stage, using the configured Survey Method for Sending either Survey by Application (auto send) or Survey by Training (manual send per training line).

Main Features:

• When an application reaches the Completed stage and the Certificate Generation Method is set to Automatic, the system automatically generates a certificate record.
• Users can view the generated certificate directly from the application by clicking the Certificates smart button.
• The certificate includes all relevant Training Application details, ensuring complete and accurate documentation of course completion.
• When the application moves to the Survey Send Automatically stage and the Survey Method for Sending is set to Survey on Application, the system automatically sends the configured survey to the Employee Contact associated with the application.
• A Survey Invitation is emailed directly to the employee, streamlining the collection of feedback upon training completion.
• If the Certificate Generation Method is set to Manual, the certificate is not generated automatically when the application reaches the Completed stage.
• In this case, users must manually generate the certificate by clicking the Generate Certificate button available in each relevant Employee Training Line.
• Once created, the certificate can be accessed from the application using the Certificates smart button.
• When the application reaches the Survey Send Automatically stage and the Survey Method for Sending is set to Survey by Training, the system does not send the survey automatically.
• Users must manually send the survey from each Employee Training Line by clicking the Send Survey button.
• This method provides greater flexibility and control over feedback delivery, enabling personalized follow-up and detailed response tracking for each participant.
