Task Details from Calendar List View
Quick View of Task on Calendar Event
This module enhances the calendar task integration by allowing users to view related task details directly from the calendar view. It extends the functionality of the dependent module task_calendar_synch, where each task includes a "Meeting Information" tab in the task form. Upon filling in the meeting details and creating the task, a corresponding calendar event (meeting) is automatically generated.
A smart button labeled "Meetings" is added to the task form, which opens the calendar view displaying the associated meeting(s). When a user clicks on a meeting from the calendar, a popup dialog appears showing the meeting details. Within this dialog, a new "View Task" button has been added, allowing users to open another popup displaying the task form view, pre filled with the related task details.
Additionally, the same "View Task" button has been integrated into the calendar list view (event list). Clicking this button also opens a popup dialog showing the full task form for quick reference and editing.
This module improves user efficiency by providing quick access to task information from calendar views, eliminating the need to navigate manually between meetings and tasks.
Module Overview

Meeting Information on Task Form
The task_calendar_synch module introduces a "Meeting Information" tab within the task form. When a user fills in this section and creates a task, a corresponding calendar event (meeting) is automatically generated and linked to the task.
Smart Button for Meetings
A smart button labeled "Meetings" is added to the task form view. Clicking this button opens the calendar view, filtered to display the meeting(s) associated with the current task.
View Task from Calendar Dialog
When a calendar event is clicked, a popup dialog appears showing the events details. This module extends that dialog by adding a "View Task" button. Clicking this button opens another popup dialog containing the task form view, pre filled with the related tasks information for quick reference or editing.
View Task from Calendar List View
The same "View Task" button has been added to the calendar list view (event list). Users can click this button to open a popup dialog showing the full task form, streamlining access to related task details without needing to switch between multiple menus.
