Index of Integrated Features: Service Requisition, Project and Purchase:
- Employees can quickly and easily create service requisition requests, specifying the required services, quantities, and relevant details, streamlining the approval and fulfillment process.
- The system allows employees or departments to submit multiple service requests at once through a single requisition form, simplifying tracking and management.
- All service requisition requests are subject to approval by the Department Manager.
- The Service Requisition Manager reviews and approves requests as needed.
- Email notifications are automatically sent to the Department Manager and Service Requisition Manager for approvals.
- Based on the options selected in each requisition line, the system can create tasks or generate purchase orders directly from the service requisition.
- Service Requisition users can determine whether a service requested by an employee should be fulfilled through task management or purchased from a vendor. A field on the requisition lines with Requisition Action allows the responsible user to select one of the following options:
1. Purchase Order: The system will create a Purchase Order request.
2. Create Task: The system will generate a corresponding Project Task. - Allows you to print a PDF report of the service requisition request.
