Real Estate Universal Dashboard is an Odoo 20 Enterprise application for property developers, real estate agencies and property managers who already run Real Estate Operations.
It does not create a second property, unit or contract master. On install it creates three boards inside Universal Dashboard: Real Estate Dashboard, Rental Dashboard and Property Sales Dashboard.
Widgets read live Property, Unit, Listing, Viewing, Offer, Booking, Payment Plan, Contract, Invoice, Handover and HelpDesk records. The same boards remain after restart. Upgrades do not create duplicates.
Overall Purpose
The purpose of this module is to give operations, leasing and sales teams ready KPIs, charts and tables without building Universal Dashboard boards by hand. Property managers open occupancy and rent.
Agencies and developers open listings, bookings and collections. Everyone clicks a KPI or chart slice to open the matching Odoo list on the shared master.

The module covers automatic creation of three Universal Dashboard boards, Property menus that open those boards, live widgets (KPI, chart, table, list, recent), dashboard filters (date, company, property, occupancy,
tenant, buyer), auto-refresh every 60 seconds, visibility All Users limited to the Real Estate User group, and stable xmlids so install, upgrade and restart never duplicate boards.
It does not add a new property master, a new accounting journal or a PDC dashboard. Rental Dashboard is limited to Property Management users. Property Sales Dashboard is limited to Agency and Developer users.
