It automatically maintains a comprehensive Project Team Allocation History for both Projects and Job Orders whenever Team Members, Store Officers, or Security Guards are assigned through the selected Project Team. When a member is removed from any of these categories, the corresponding allocation history is automatically updated with a Completed status. Likewise, whenever a new member is added, a new allocation history record is automatically created with an Active status, ensuring complete traceability of all resource assignments throughout the lifecycle of both Projects and Job Orders.

In addition, the module extends the capabilities of Project Teams by integrating them with Achievements, Certificates, Licenses, Meetings, Equipment, Maintenance Requests, and Documents. Dedicated smart buttons provide quick access to all related records directly from the Project Team form, enabling centralized resource management, improved project tracking, simplified maintenance operations, and enhanced documentation.
