This app allows you to manage product warranty registration and customer claim management requests in Odoo.
Main Features:
- Allow you to configure warranty on products form in Odoo.
- The system will create warranty registration automatically when you confirm the sales order and if the system found a warranty link with that product.
- The system will set warranty registrations or warranty cards on sales subscriptions [Odoo Standard].
- Allow your customers to make claim requests directly from your website portal.
- Allow your customers to view all warranties on the website my account portal.
- Management of claim or ticket in backend by support/claim management team [Odoo Helpdesk Enterprise App].
- Allow you to create and manage warranty registration manually as shown.
