Production Dashboard for Manufacturing Orders, Work Centers and Shop Floor

This module adds a fully functional Manufacturing Control Center Dashboard inside the standard Odoo Manufacturing application. It provides production managers and planners with a single screen to monitor manufacturing KPIs, manufacturing orders, costing summaries, work center load, and shop floor work orders all driven by live Odoo MRP data (mrp.production, mrp.workorder, mrp.workcenter), not demo or hardcoded values.

Purpose of the Module:
Give manufacturing teams a native, production ready control center to track order status, progress, delays, costs, and work center capacity without leaving the Manufacturing app. The dashboard opens from Manufacturing - Control Center - Dashboard and uses Odoo native menus for Manufacturing Orders, Work Orders, Work Centers, Products, Bills of Materials, Shop Floor, Planning, Reporting, and Configuration.

Real World Problem It Solves:
Manufacturing supervisors often need to jump between multiple MRP menus to understand what is late, what is in progress, which work centers are overloaded, and how costs are trending. This dashboard consolidates that visibility into one screen with filters, search, pagination, and quick actions that open the related standard Odoo records and views.

Main Features:

  • Adds menu path: Manufacturing - Control Center - Dashboard.
  • Loads the custom OWL dashboard only for this Dashboard action (does not hijack other Manufacturing menus).
  • Dynamic KPI cards: Total Manufacturing Orders, Orders In Progress, Overdue Orders, Delayed Work Orders, Pending Operations.
  • Advanced filters: Manufacturing Order, Product, Product Category, Work Center, Status, Responsible, Company, and Date Range.
  • Global search by Manufacturing Order, Product, and Product Code with Clear Filters.
  • Manufacturing Order cards with status, progress bar, planned/produced/remaining qty, planned start, and expected finish.
  • Costing on each MO card: Material, Labour, Work Center, Total Planned, Actual Cost, and Variance (with over-budget indicator).
  • Quick action buttons on each card: MO, WO, WC, Floor, Components, Operations, Labour, Overhead, Cost — open valid Odoo act_window views.
  • Work Centers section with capacity, current load, available capacity, ongoing/completed WO, efficiency/OEE, and Overloaded warning.
  • Shop Floor section listing active work orders with progress and delayed status, plus Open Shop Floor action.
  • Server-side pagination and New button to open standard mrp.production creation form.
  • Multi company aware and respects Odoo access rights.
