This app allows you to merge tickets, with messages and emails communication.
- Allow support users to merge multiple tickets message and email communication after the merge process completes.
- Allow them to merge tickets, message into one existing ticket by considering it as the primary ticket.
- Allow them to create a new ticket also after merging messages and emails multiple tickets.
- Show all old ticket attachments as a smart button on the primary ticket form.
- Note: This app does NOT merge attachments but it shows old attachments after merge tickets with a smart button as shown.
