This app allows you to merge tickets, with messages and emails communication.

Main Features:

  • Allow support users to merge multiple tickets message and email communication after the merge process completes.
  • Allow them to merge tickets, message into one existing ticket by considering it as the primary ticket.
  • Allow them to create a new ticket also after merging messages and emails multiple tickets.
  • Show all old ticket attachments as a smart button on the primary ticket form.
  • Note: This app does NOT merge attachments but it shows old attachments after merge tickets with a smart button as shown.
