Integrated IPC and Retention Portal for Project Based Contractor Operations

This module enables customers to digitally sign Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) directly via the Odoo customer portal. Customers can choose from Draw, Auto, or Load signature methods. Upon successful submission, the Sign button is automatically hidden to prevent duplicate signing. The captured signature is securely stored and rendered on the IPC form, both in the backend and on the portal. Additionally, authorized internal users can sign IPCs directly from the backend interface when necessary, ensuring flexible and secure signature handling across both user interfaces.
