- Employees can create support request tickets in Menu My Helpdesk on the backend.
- Website Menus My Tickets and HR Helpdesk for them too.
- HR Helpdesk Menu in Website for Ticket Creation and Submit Ticket by Employee.
- So employees can raise tickets to the HR department either from the website by filling a form on the website or creating a ticket directly from the backend using the My Tickets menu.
- Allow you to show all Tickets Related to Employee.
- Allow you to set up Ticket Stages Related to HR Helpdesk.
- Allow you to set up all Ticket Teams Related to HR Helpdesk.
- Allow you to set up all Ticket Types Related to HR Helpdesk.
- Allow you to set up all Ticket Subjects Related to HR Helpdesk.
- Allow your HR Helpdesk Manager to view all tickets and process and action on support tickets. This app allows your Human Resource team to manage different tickets from your employees of different departments.
- This module is only for Odoo Community Edition compatibility.
