This app allows your helpdesk team to create sales quotes from helpdesk support ticket form view as shown in below screenshots.

Main Features:

• Allow your customer to select a contract and related products for that contract on website ticket submit form.
• Products will come from all the sales orders linked with that contract.
• On submission of a ticket from the website system will automatically set an analytic account and product on the helpdesk ticket in the backend.
• For customers who do not have a contract / maintenance contract then both fields will remain empty on the website ticket form but they still are able to submit tickets without contract and product.
