Helpdesk Ticket Type Email Alias
Email Alias for Ticket Type in Odoo
Only Compatible with Odoo Enterprise
Allow you to set an alias on the helpdesk ticket type so when a customer sends an email to this email id system will automatically set this type on the created ticket (Catchall should be configured as per Odoo Standard).
- The Support Manager can manage aliases on the helpdesk Ticket Type.
- Sending mail to this email will create a new ticket directly assigning this ticket type.
