This app allows your helpdesk support team to make a solution on the ticket of the helpdesk and send it to the customer and allow your customers to View it on the Portal.

• Allow your support user and support team to write formatted solutions and add 5 photos for solution on ticket form.
• Ticket PDF will show the solution with solution photos as shown.
• Your customer can also view the solution answers on my account portal with photos on your website.
