Equipment Request for Support Ticket

This app allows helpdesk users / technicians to make requests for equipment to the department for helpdesk tickets they are working.

Main Features:

  • Allow your Support Team / Technician / Support User to request for equipment / assets for the support ticket they are working.
  • They can request multiple equipment(s) on the same equipment request.
  • Allow them to see equipment requests & tickets on equipment form as smart buttons as shown.
  • Allow users to see all equipment which are related helpdesk support tickets.
  • Equipment request workflow:
  • Draft -> Confirmed -> Equipment Received -> Equipment Returned.
  • Equipment requests allow the user to select a ticket number as shown on screenshot.
  • Compatible only for Odoo community edition.
