This app will allow your recruitment team to manage employee referrals programs for jobs and job applications. And allow team to manage Employee Referral Bonuses with two options 1. Cash 2. Reward Points - Gift

Main Features:

Flow 1: Cash Option for manage employee referrals programs.

  • Referral Employee can logged in the system and Create and Submit Referral Request for Job.
  • Referral Employee can add attachments (like CV) for applied job.
  • Recruitment Officer can Logged in the system and see submitted Referral Request.
  • Recruitment Officer can Create Application of Referral Request.
  • Referral employee get Email notification after created Application.
  • After created Application Recruitment Officer can Create Employee.
  • Referral employee get Email notification after Employee Hired.
  • Application and Cash Bonus Smart button added on Referral Request Form.
  • Recruitment Officer can Approve created Bonus Invoice(Referral Cash Bonus).
  • Accounting User can logged in the system and Create Bonus Invoice of Referral Request.
  • Referral employee get Email notification after created bonus invoice.
  • Accounting User can Post (Validate) Bonus Invoice of Referral Request.
  • Accounting User can Register Payment of Bonus Invoice of Referral Request.
  • Vendor Bill Smart button on Referral Bonus Invoice Form.
  • Referral Employee can Print Referral Request.
  • Referral Employee can Print Referral Bonus Request.
  • Referral Employee can see Default Product of Referral Cash Bonus (Bonus Product).

  • Referral Employee can add Reward Gifts and and confirm Gift Bonus Request.
  • Recruitment Officer can logged in the system and apporve Gift Bonus Request.
  • Sale User can logged in the system and Create Gift Order.
  • Referral employee get Email notification after created gift order.
  • Sale User can Confirm Created Gift Order.
  • Sale Orders Smart button on Gift Bonus Request Form View.
  • Sale Orders and Gift Bonuses Smart button on Referral Gift Bonus Form.
  • After Confirm Gift Order Consume points will be deducted from Bonus Rewards.
  • Referral Employee can Print Referral Request Report.
  • Referral Employee can Print Referral Bonus Request Report.
  • Referral Employee can Print Maintain Bonus Request Report.
