This app allows the HR of a company to upload and manage the documents of employees and also allows them to manage the expiration of documents and reminders as shown below screenshots.

Main Features:

  • HR can upload and manage employee document records using this app and attach documents on record as shown.
  • Expiry notification reminder of document sends to the manager of the employee/department before 5 days of expiry.
  • Expiry notification sends to the manager of the employee/department at the date of expiry.
  • The manager can add the document's name required to the employee.
