Digital Marketing Management with Request, Estimate, and Job Costing

This app allows your customer or visitor of the website to create digital marketing requests from your website and then allow your team to manage requests in the backend in the CRM section and allow them to manage sales estimates and job costing sheet.

• Allow your customer or visitor of your website to send digital marketing requests from your website and they can also attach documents/files while creating requests from the website as shown.
• Generation of a unique request on submission and recording it as a marketing request on the backend side of Odoo on the marketing requests menu. Please note that the marketing request is CRM odoo standard model (CRM Pipeline / Opportunity) so it uses the same model and its view as CRM Pipeline / Opportunity of Odoo standard.
• The system adds digital marketing request and digital marketing services fields on the job cost sheet form. So using these fields you can specify marketing requests and services requested on that request while creating a job costing sheet as shown.
• Job costing sheet smart button is added on the marketing requests form of CRM Pipeline / Opportunity which will allow you to view all related job costing sheets of that request.
• Sales estimate form view with digital marketing request and digital marketing services fields so that you can specify request and its services of digital marketing while creating sales estimate to your customer.
• Sales Estimates smart button added on marketing request form view as shown which will show all related sales estimates of that CRM digital marketing request.
• Digital marketing request and digital marketing services fields are added to the Purchase Requisition form view which will allow you to select digital marketing requests and services while creating a material requisition.
• Purchase requisition smart button added on marketing requests form view to view related requisition of that marketing request.
• Marketing services new menu is added under configuration menu as shown where you can configure your digital marketing services.
• Digital marketing request and digital marketing services fields added in job costing report PDF report.
• System allow you to create and manage a job costing sheet where you can plan your material, labor, and overhead costs on the job costing form for that digital marketing request, and based on that you can create a sales estimate and send it to your customer.
• System allow you to create and manage sales estimate for digital marketing services you are going to offer to your customer so using estimate you can create and send them to your customer as shown and then you can create sales order/sales quote directly from them.
• Please note that we have used Odoo standard CRM form to create and manage the digital marketing request form so all the views and forms belong to Odoo standard CRM form.
• Customers can also view marketing requests from your website portal as shown.
• When your sales team gets a request for digital marketing under CRM then can communicate with your customer and process it.
• Allow your sales user/team to create a material requisition for the material they want. They can submit material requisition requests for approval.
