This module streamlines heavy equipment and vehicle leasing for construction projects in Odoo. It adds vehicle and equipment tracking across the entire workflow from CRM and sales estimates to rental orders, contracts, invoicing, and job costing. Custom fields and wizards enhance standard views and documents, ensuring seamless data flow. PDF reports are extended to include full fleet and equipment details for better traceability and project control.

  • CRM Opportunity Pipeline:
  • Standard Odoo CRM pipeline enhanced to include Vehicle and Equipment fields on sales estimate lines for heavy equipment leasing.
  • Estimate Creation Wizard:
  • “Create Sale Estimate” wizard allows quick generation of leasing estimates directly from CRM opportunities.
  • Sale Estimate Generation:
  • Estimates for heavy equipment leasing are auto generated via the wizard, prefilled with vehicle and equipment data.
  • Estimate Form View Enhancements:
  • The sale estimate form view is extended to display Vehicle and Equipment fields per line item.
  • Quotation Conversion:
  • Sale Orders (Odoo Standard) are created from estimates via the "Create Quotation" button, retaining vehicle and equipment details.
  • Sale Order Form View:
  • Standard sale order view includes Vehicle and Equipment fields for full traceability.
  • Delivery Order Integration:
  • Vehicle and equipment data from the sale order is carried over automatically to the delivery order (Odoo Standard).

  • A "Create Rental Order" button is available on the Estimate form to initiate rental contracts, passing all relevant asset fields.
