Car Washing and Integration with Fleet App

This app allows you to manage online requests from your customer for car washing and it also integrates with Odoo standard fleet app.
This module is fully integrated with Odoo fleet module and Odoo repair module.


Main Features:

  • Your customers can send car washing requests from your website and also attach documents/images as attachment while submitting a form.
  • Generation of unique car washing request on submission and record it as car washing request in the backend.
  • Customers can check the status of all their own car washing requests submitted by them on my account page of your portal of your website.
  • Allow your user to print a PDF report of car washing requests in the backend.
  • Car Washing Users can communicate with customers using chatter and fill timesheets on workings on their requests.
  • The Car Washing Manager could close car washing requests and send feedback fill email to customers automatically on close.
  • Customers can give feedback and rating of car washing requests done by your car washing team.

General Workflow:

  • Customers come on websites and want to book car washing requests.
  • Customers go to the link to create a car washing request page.
  • Customers can see the form and fill in details. (View Timeslots button allows him to see available time to meet Advisor/Representative).
  • Customer can choose multiple services - Pricing are shown if price not available on service form in backend then it will show 'Ask Advisor for Pricing'
  • Customers can choose Year, Make, Model and enter a number plate / License Plate. (System will search license plates in the odoo list of fleets/vehicles and if found then it automatically links vehicles in the backend otherwise the Car Washing Manager has to create a new vehicle.).
  • On submission of the car washing request system will create a car washing request in the backend as well as create an appointment/meeting with the advisor.
  • Car Washing Manager can open a car washing request in the backend, see details entered by the customer and also fill some details manually and assign that request to the car washing user.
  • The Car Washing Manager will create the vehicle (if not available in the system), service logs, and repair order.
  • Car Washing Users can work on Car Washing requests and fill timesheets.
  • Car Washing Managers can close the request and that will send an email to the customer to request for feedback.
  • Customers can fill in online feedback using a link in the mail.

  • Customers can view submitted requests in the My Account Portal of your website.

  • Manager can assign requests to Car Washing Users.
  • Manager can create and manage a meeting appointment with the team and customer.
  • Manager can create a Task / Job Order for team users.
  • Generation of unique car washing request on submission and record it as car washing request in backend.
  • Car Washing Manager will create the vehicle (if not available in the system), service logs, and repair order.
  • Car Washing Manager can view and manage vehicles using buttons.
  • Car Washing Manager can create and manage a work order / tasks related to request.

    • Role of Car Washing User

  • Car Washing User can see and manage car washing requests assigned by the Car Washing Manager.
  • They can work on repair tasks / job orders and repair orders assigned to them and fill timesheets for their work.
  • Car Washing User can communicate with customers using chatter and fill timesheets on workings on their requests.
  • Car Washing Users can also view meetings/appointments on request, vehicle services since they are going to attend it.
