Purpose of the Module:

The primary purpose of this module is to optimize the repair submission process for contracted clients. Standard repair forms do not account for active service level agreements; this module streamlines the UI by allowing users to explicitly link their analytic account (contract) and specific product to the repair request prior to submission.

Main Features:

  • Contract (Analytic Account) Selection:
  • Allow your customer to select a contract (analytic account) and a related product for that contract on the website repair/service submit form.
  • Dynamic Product Mapping:
  • The list of products will dynamically come from all the sales orders linked with that specific contract / analytic account.
  • Automated Backend Assignment:
  • On submission of a repair/service from the website, the system will automatically set the analytic account and product on the car repair/service record in the backend.
  • Flexible Guest Submission:
  • For customers or guests who do not have a contract/maintenance contract, both fields will remain empty on the website repair/service form, but they are still able to submit repair requests without a contract and product.
