This platform allows users to efficiently manage contracts, send automated email notifications, generate invoices for active contracts, and seamlessly renew contracts by linking them to parent contracts. It also provides flexibility to configure contract plans, types, tags, and stages, along with the ability to generate detailed PDF reports. Main Features:

  • Enable the contract user to create and manage contracts within the platform.
  • Enable the contract user to click **Send by Email** within the contract to send an email notification to the customer.
  • Enable the contract user to create an invoice directly from the contract when it is in the active stage.
  • Contracts nearing their expiration date will have their status updated to **Expired Soon**. Additionally, the cron job will update the contract stage to **Expired Soon**.
  • Contracts that have surpassed their expiration date will have their status updated to **Expired**. Additionally, the cron job will update the contract stage to **Expired**.
  • Enable the contract user to renew the contract by creating a new contract and linking it to the original as the parent contract, ensuring seamless continuity and effective management of contract records.
  • Enable the contract manager to configure contract plans, types, tags, and stages for contracts.
  • Allow the contract user to generate and print a PDF report of the contract, providing a comprehensive summary of contract details.

  • Create a Contract: Allow the contract user to generate and manage a contract within the platform.
  • Email Notification via **Send by Email**: Allow the contract user to click on **Send by Email** within the contract interface to send an email notification to the customer directly.
  • Invoice Creation for Active Contracts: Allow the contract user to create an invoice from the contract when it is in the active stage, ensuring proper billing.
  • Expired Soon Status for Nearing Expiration: Contracts nearing their expiration date will have their status updated to **Expired Soon**.
  • Expired Contract Status: Contracts that have passed their expiration date will have their status updated to **Expired**.
  • Contract Renewal Process: Allow the contract user to renew the contract by creating a new contract and setting it as the parent contract.
  • Contract Plans, Types, Tags and Stage Configuration: Allow the contract user to configure the contract plan, types, tags and stages offering flexibility in contract management.
  • PDF Report Generation: Allow the contract user to print a PDF report of the contract details.
