Probuse Mobile App Proprietary License v1.0

This software and all associated files (the “Software”) are the proprietary property of Probuse Consulting Service Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by copyright laws and applicable international intellectual property regulations. The Software includes, without limitation, the Flutter-based mobile application developed for integration with Odoo, APK files, iOS builds (IPA), source code, compiled binaries, UI and UX assets, documentation, and API libraries used for Odoo integration.

By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this license.

The Software may be used only by customers who have purchased a valid license from Probuse Consulting Service Pvt. Ltd. or who have received explicit written authorization from Probuse. The license grants the right to install and use the mobile application solely for internal business purposes, to connect and operate the Software with the customer’s licensed Odoo instance, and to receive updates and support services only if such services are included in the applicable commercial agreement.

Any form of copying, modification, reverse engineering, decompilation, or attempted extraction of the source code is strictly prohibited. You may not publish, distribute, share, resell, sublicense, or transfer the Software, including the APK or IPA files, to any third party. Uploading or publishing the Software on public platforms such as Google Play, the Apple App Store, GitHub, or similar repositories is not permitted without prior written consent from Probuse. Creating derivative works of the Software for resale or sharing screenshots, design assets, or UI elements for commercial redistribution is also expressly prohibited. The Software may only be used by the licensed customer and strictly within their own organization.

Integration of the Software with Odoo is permitted, and you may develop additional Odoo modules that communicate with the Software, provided that Probuse’s source code is not copied, the Software itself is not redistributed in any form, and any additional modules are licensed independently under a compatible license.

The Software may be delivered in various formats, including but not limited to APK or IPA files, compiled executables, encrypted or obfuscated source code, configuration files, and documentation. Delivery of the Software does not constitute or imply any transfer of ownership of the source code or related intellectual property.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Software, including source code, design assets, APIs, documentation, and branding, remain the exclusive property of Probuse Consulting Service Pvt. Ltd. All rights are reserved, and no ownership rights or intellectual property interests are transferred under this license.

The Software is provided “as is,” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Probuse Consulting Service Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or other liabilities arising from the use of or inability to use the Software.

Probuse reserves the right to terminate this license immediately if any of the terms are violated. Upon termination, you must promptly uninstall the Software and discontinue all use.
